This outfit was actually really easy/fun to make~ The outfit is two piece set: an apron and skirt.

Apron: The apron was actually a sleeveless dress pattern altered~ It originally was supposed to be 6 dress pieces? but I narrowed it down to 5 (sewed the back into one. I made the top part of the dress myself so it could hold and add the lace for decoration~ ^^ I added store bought ruffles to the bottom of the apron for accurate detail based on reference pictures~ I would have made my own but I didn't have enough white fabric left and the other white fabric I had was too heavy.

Skirt: Simple skirt with elastic to hold.

Bows: As fuunn as the bows on the outfit were to make, they were TEDIOUS. xD Add 2 bows on apron, 2 hair bows and sewed onto clips and a BIG bow on the apron that attachedd to the halter~ :D

All in all, I LOVE this outfit and I'm glad on how it came out! :3
