The only portion of this costume that I made entirely is the mini top hat.
I did however, have to alter the corset to make it fit me, but it is still a little too big. The rest of the outfit was put together using found items. It is not based on any character. It's just a fun outfit that I put together to prance around in on Sunday at Connecticon.
