Finding the fabric for the vest front was Hell. Many thanks to HottieNanako for finally spotting it in a remnant bin in the clearance section of a fabric store.

The visor is a semi-successful first journey into vaccum-forming. Practically 1/2 of the TMCC helped me with that one. I cast my head, made a plaster mold of my head, sclupted the visor over that, made another mold of that, and made a plaster positive of my now visored head, which I then put onto my vac-table (I also made), and drew two pulls of the visor. This is actually the first. The second one...didn't work so well.
