I was the person who had the idea to do the pop stars group at Dragon*con. Unfortunately, life got in the way of a lot of things these past few months, and thankfully Kurzeshaar took it and organized a group of awesome ladies. I don't look like Katy Perry, but I love her style. This outfit was purchased and is Katy Perry inspired. It was never something she wore.
