WE HAVE A WINNER!

I had so much fun wearing this costume! Lots of people recognized me, and it was easy for me to act in character. The outfit was all made from Spandex House's stretch vinyl. It's a pretty awesome fabric; it's easy to sew, and it's got enough give to make it comfortable to wear. I recommend it to anyone making tight-fitting pleathery things! XD
The wig is made out of heat-sealed craft foam, cut into 1" strips and glued onto a net wigcap. They were then painted with a mixture of green acrylic paint and gloss medium. It has a lot of movement and is a lot easier to deal with than a fiber wig for all your somersaulting Elric-hunting needs ;)
