When I wore this at Fuyucon I had left the gloves in the hotel room ;____; So more pictures to come on my next rewear of this costume!!

Big Arina Tanemura geek, must make as many costumes from her mangas as possible. Takuto won't escape my wrath! Truth be told I was a bit Takuto fan when I watched the anime, however I got converted into an Izumi fan quickly as I read the manga however Takkun is still cute and gets the cooler outfit. (But I still love you Izumi!)

Everything else was found in my fabric bin! Scoooore.

The jeans, belt and trainers were bought.

The jacket was made from scratch. It only has shoulder seams and if I'm being honest, it's a bit small!! It doesn't flare out like his jacket either but hey ho I'll live, this is just a little casual costume I whipped up and I don't mind too much about it not being 100% accurate. The sleeves were made from polycotton leftover from another costume and the white is also polycotton which were cut and sewn.

The little blue patch is also made from polycotton however it was a pain to sew on due to it being circular! If I ever buy some heat & bond I may remake the patch however I was not willing to buy some just for this sake loool. The yellow bit is felt - thank goodness felt doesn't fray! The gold clip is made from craft foam painted in acrylics and on the back are buttons so that I can easily take it on and off (tempted to swap it for velcro but we'll see how it goes).

The gloves were normal white gloves from a Pharmacy which I hacked to make fingerless and then sewed on the sticky up thing (please someone tell me the correct technical term!). The sticky up bit is made with cotton jersey lining with medium weight interfacing on the inside. The blue bits were polycotton and sewn on afterwards. The kitty emblems were made with felt, fabric glue and a fine line pen for the details.

The black top I bought from Primark and hacked it up a bit and sewed on the white strip.

The hat was made from fleece with four triangular panels. The ears were three triangles so that it has some volume - felt was later stitched on and this was hand sewn onto the hat. The belt that goes around the hat is made from light blue polycotton stitched on. And finally the blue flappy bits is polycotton and the gold coin is craft foam.

Bag was... a random bag I found.
Wings were from my Fortune Quartz costume.
Hair is my own, I can't be bothered to buy a wig just for this! Besides, he has black hair in the manga and black hair is hot : D *shot*

PHEW! I think that's it.

Overall I'm happy even if it is a bit inaccurate. It's a nice casual costume and I plan on wearing this whenever I need something simple.
If I do improve it then I'll just have to edit this description hurhurhur.
