I started this costume over the summer and worked for a bout a month on it. This is one of my best costumes in terms of construction and durability. I used a slightly shiny costume satin and a cotton polyester blend for the top, skirt and hat. The brim of the hat is craft foam and the buttons are made of metallic sculpy III, sprayed with a glossy finish. I made my eyebrows green for this costume with some simple Halloween makeup. (white first, then a coat of green)
