This was a dress I made for my friend's tea party. I didn't like it and I won't wear it again.

Top: New Look # 6789 - B, ending at the waist

Skirt: Just wrapped it around the top until it fit, basically. The two rows of ruffles were actually ruffly curtains that I bought and attached to each other. Actually, the whole dress was made out of curtains.

I made the petticoat without a pattern. I measured myself and used some basic geometry and algebra to come up with a pattern. The petticoat was made of some stiff sheets.
