My second attempt at a costume, put together almost entirely from cast-offs and thrift items.

Black pants - my closet (mystery origin) Free

Mens' White uniform shirt $20, mens' orange t-shirt (altered from long to short sleeves) $15, mens' sneakers $20, reversable belt $20 - UNIQLO w/ extra holes via scissors

Shoe inserts - 5 inch inner-heels - Free (had them)

Contacts - 007 Express Contacts "edge red" $45

Wig - bob layer in silver from prichara cut and styled (timidly) by me w/Prichara wig products Free (post-Halloween wig rescue).

Total cost - $120 (the uniform shirt, shoes and t-shirt are now part of my every-day wardrobe)

So it wasn't a very good costume ~ it was very thrifty! I might try Kaworu again someday when I'm skinnier, better at makeup and suck less at pretending to be awesome.
