Skirt, pannier and underskirt purchased from a lolita store online, while the purse is from a different store, and the shoes are from Double Decker. :D I made the main portion of the blouse myself, using a collar, buttons and sleeve cuffs from a blouse that didn't fit, and sewed them on to make it into a lolita blouse. The wig was purchased from Amphigory, and custom dyed by me, RIP all those sharpies!
