But yeah, it's basically a cotton lycra unitard with bits of foam armor hotglued (yes, hotglued) onto it for the belly-rib-armor thing, and a red-painted crotch. I also sewed in a lace collar and lace cuffs.
The armor is a set of football shoulder/chest pads (to add to that hulking, huge-shouldered look) with foam armor over it. The cape is purple velour and is actually hotglued to the armor. I couldn't really think of a better way of attaching it.
The boots are white Go go boots from cosplay.com which I painted silver. The pointy kneecap things were made of foam and hotglued (more hot glue!) onto them.

The wig is a golden-blonde Linda wig from cosworx.
