I finished this costume the saturday morning of Setsucon 2010. The hat, collar, and apron were drafted completely free hand (something that was incredibly annoying). All of the white on the costume is peachskin that I had lying around from previous costumes.
The dress itself was tailored to fit me with the help of my little sister. The dress is made of country classic cotton. The top half of the dress is all serged while the skirt, being from a different costume previously and then re-used here, is lined.
