Description
I blame Roy Mustang, the Flame Alchemist.
Well, now that that's out of the way, I manage to find a pleated skirt that matched my exsisting uniform perfectly in my closet, so I'll, at some point, be wearing it with my uniform. So far, the only time I've worn the miniskirt Uniform is as Luna Hughes for the sailor moon crossover done at AWA.
