K, so I bought the turtleneck from Forever21 for $3. Yay!
The coat is purple gabardine with leather and metal rings. Pretty much just a simple robe pattern with cutouts, etc.

The long beads were sculpted of self-hardening clay, then painted. The other beads were various green and red beads from Michael's, strung onto a green pipecleaner.
The strap is a belt cut in thirds, and the clasp is a sort of blue pendant thing I found at Michael's.
The pants are just white capris from Wal-Mart that I sewed a little extra fabric onto. From then, I was a cheap-ass/lazy-ass and painted the fabric and flared it out a little, so the pants actually extended over the boots. lol

The boots are from Forever21 (which tends to have the most randomly amazing stuff!)

The wig is a Scruffy in Silver/White from Cosworx with a silver/white pre-wefted extension sewn into it.

I've "tanned" myself with Makeup Forever base, after applying Urban Decay Pore-Refining Primer. My cheeks are highlighted with Benefit Moon Beam, and I've done a little contouring with bronzer.

I've colored my eyebrows with the Elmer's Glue method.

Oh, and the contacts are from two different pairs of colored contacts (DollyEye Green and DollyEye Brown).

That's...well...that's about it. :)
