Random find at the fabric store. I was shocked to find this material and very glad that I didn't have to order latex or a matte pvc online. The fabric is a 4 way stretch dance fabric. It's got a shine to it that resembles latex without being over the top. But it also has a pattern that looks similar to a light-weight leather. It's odd, and yet cool. And a little pricey, so hopefully it's worth it!

The moment that I saw the outfit I knew I had to try. I'm addicted to the game and can't put it down! I love Bayonetta because she is nothing like I could ever be. She's sassy, sexy, and completely badass. What else is there to say?

Update on the costume (7/14/10):

Fixed the collar snaps.
Created a fastening system for the belts on the arms (so they stop sliding down).
Remade the guns (now 4 with 2 to attach to the shoes).
Re-styled the wig.
Added text to the ribbons on the wig.

I get the feeling this will be a costume that I will always work and re-tool.

Thank you everyone for all of the wonderful comments. ^^
