I've had this planned for a while and hope to have him finished by the end of September.

I have the wig fully styled and looks like a mix of Sora and Xemnas from Kingdom Hearts. But in acid green and white. I'm quite happy with it.

Shirt and shorts: The shirt and shorts are made from bases. The feathers have yet to be added to the shirt, and will likely be attached using velcro so that I can easily wash the shirt.

Scarf: So very very easy. I'll either just by a solid red bandana, or make it myself from a small piece of red fabric.

Wrist guards: Made completely of craft foam, and they are secured using velcro.

I'm using a pair lime green shoes for the costume that I found at Giant Tiger.

Wings: Base shape is made out of foamboard bought at Dollarama, and used FeatherCraft white feathers and plumes. I'm currently in the process of feathering the first wing. About 1/4 is finished of the wing. The wings will be secured to the shirt using the back pieces that are used on brooches for easy removal and attaching.
