I made this costume out of request for a friend. She loves Tulio and I decided to cosplay him to make her smile. I wore it on her birthday as a surprise.
This cosplay was done using clothes found at thrift stores and altered to suit Tulio. Wig was a pain to find, and my sister styled it.
