I've been wanting to make a swimmable cosplay for a while, and I thought that a swimmable gijinka of Vaporeon would be great to do!

I mostly just have the wig at the moment, and will be buying a base swimsuit and will probably be adding on a tail (if my design works or not). I'll be making a headband hat will have the fins on it, which will probably be made from craft foam.

Hopefully I can have it ready in time for the cosplay day in June~
