not TOO much work required to upgrade from my 17 cosplay, but there must be emphasis on the hair and torso.

saw the last few DBZ Buu eps recently, discovering that somehow #17 was revived. WTF?! I guess wishing for all the ppl Cell killed includes him. I wonder if Super 17 would've halted his attack if he got to meet his cute little niece x3.
