I did the boots and the scythe myself - it was a lot of work on the scythe...

Base boots were just these platform boots, and then paint the bottom white. The stripes were just white pleather fabric, and for simplicity's sake I used double sided tape to hold things all together. The metal belt buckles were bought separately and just looped the white strip through like normal to make it look like a belt.

Scythe was put together using pvc pipe, foam core, paper mache (+sandpaper), paint, and modpodge for sealing.
