Sand ninja Temari outfit from Naruto. She wears this when she is taking the chunnin exams. I made it black instead of purple like in the anime to be different. The fan took awhile to find. I put 3 layers of gesso on it to get rid of the gaudy design and then put white sprant. The purple circles were made using 2 paint markers. The dress is made of out wool leftover from my Harry Potter robes. The cloth part of the forhead protector is made out of the same material. The fishnet shorts were made by cutting up some fishnet tights and attaching elastic to the end. The leftover was used for the one on my leg. The shoes were made for my other Naruto cosplays.
