I always thought the Sandplay designs for Vocaloid were very beautiful (and it's of my favorite PVs too), so I just *had* to make Meiko's. It was mostly easy to make, although the coat took a bit longer than expected, but I'm fairly satisfied with how it turned out so it's all good :)
