I got the vest custom made online. It was originally Kakashi's vest, but the person selling it was nice enough to take off the red symbol on the back, and make it black. I also got the pants from the same store. Along with the wraps, headband, and shoes.

the contacts were $120 including shipping. Make up was a simple eye shadow pen-type thing, and the Hanzo Katana was borrowed from a friend.
