FAQ's on this costume:

Q: How did you make the hearts?
A: Hobby Lobby sells clear plastic heart ornaments. You get two halfs for about a dollar, I bought three sets and spray-painted the insides with the darker pink and let it dry. I then took masking tape and taped off the outside, save for the rim area, and painted the outside rim with a lighter pink spray paint.


Q: How did you make the ruffles?
A: I cut strips of the fabric used for the ruffles, folded them in half and ironed them pretty-side-out. I then hand-stitched the top together and pulled the thread, making the ruffle.


Q: How did you make the shoes?
A: They were black shoes I already owned that were spraypainted a LOT.


Q: How did you style the wig?
A: I used a wig styled called "Monica" that is actually sold on cosplay.com. It already has a side-ways part, I just cut it shorter to match Nagisa's hairstyle.
