For my sis.

I LOVE this costume! It's too bad I'd NEVER be caught dead in it. But the coat is sweet, the hat is sweet, and the boots (which my sis made - since she was wearing it and I was behind on my 4 costumes, I gave her a job) turned out exactly as we wanted! We closed the shirt, lengthened the skirt, and added a heel to the shoes so that she would be more modest and a little taller (even though they killed her feet).

I would change nothing with this costume. Maybe add the armband, but you don't see it anyway... Though if she wants to wear it again she'll either need a wig or just not worry about the hair. She hated me for those bangs. ^_^;; I don't know if she'll wear it again since she got VERY self conscious in it, but I think she looked cute.
