My friend and I wanted matching cosplays and wanted something impressive for the masquerade. When we saw this artbook picture we had to make them!
I sewed both costumes and she did all the embroidery by hand. I had a basic pattern but it had sleeves and did not have the triangle shirt bottom or scalloping so I had to measure that all out myself. Made the bows by eyeing them and with wire and stuffing. The trains I used a pattern from a Star Wars dress and the took forever to hem! But love how the looked being so long ^-^
