Daphne
Scooby-Doo

I decided on Monday evening that I wanted to do this dress. I had it done by Wednesday evening. :) I'm actually really proud of how this came out, considering I was able to get through it so easily. I kept expecting something to go wrong...
The purple fabric for the main dress is a twill fabric, and I know it's a little too dark, but I prefer it when held against the light purple fabric. The light purple fabric is also a twill. The pattern used is a fairly simple pattern, and a pretty good match for Daphne's dress.
The part that I found most difficult on the dress was the higher line of light purple. I chose to drop the location slightly to better suit my shape, and I also made the dress longer. I may take the dress up a little when I get proper leggings, but I'm rather happy with it as-is, lol.
This was my first time sewing a band onto a dress like this, so I'm really happy with that part. I actually managed to sew a straight seam for once! The extra fabric left over from this also gave me the head band, so it worked out perfectly.
The scarf is broadcloth that I doubled in order to give it extra body and texture.
The shoes were a thrift store find, and the wig is my old Orihime wig.
