The first costume I ever went to a con with. XD I have such an affection for this shifty, conniving, german-accented businessman.

Because of my lack of decent sewing skills, most of this is made up of thrift store finds and stuff pulled from my closet. The sleeve ruffles and cravat are from a fabric store and the pin is a pendant with a pin backing glued to it. The 'bear traps' are made of cardboard and tinfoil (and surprisingly, I got complimented on them more than once, so I guess they weren't that ghetto.) His armband with the Leviathan's Claw symbol I did actually sew, and it taught me the useful lesson that stitches come out of ribbon easily if you pull on them. XD Oh, thank God for safety pins and tape.

The wig was a nightmare. It was my first time cutting and styling a wig, and it ended up too short in many places. It was still recognizable, though, so I suppose it was okay. XD

I've acquired Yeager's rifle--made of wood, PVC and quite a bit of paint--through the generous help of my friend Tyler. The thing took about six hours just to paint but I'm pretty impressed with how it came out.
