Description
An idea from ReikoFanel, this costume is now being developed. It will be based on Laguna's Galbadian Army uniform worn during the first Laguna Flashback Sequences. Now searching for a wig.
Will debut at JTAF3 in December.
Possible masq Piano and Solo Singing with ReikoFanel at a future con.
