This costume was done in a super rush. I have yet to wear it with the "proper" bottoms though, not like you can tell a big difference. This was my first time putting wire in the hem of something. Every "petal" of the collar and the entire hem has a thick gauge wire to hold shape. I loooove the weight of the fabric I used.
