I like having a new costume ever halloween. My mom make, I wear. We were looking over the patteren book and the civil war dress and the pirate outfit were the top two. Because my mom was making the outfit, she chose the outfit. It looks like a picnic dress during the 1850-60s periode. It has twenty plets but my belt kind of hids them. I like the point in the blouse but the waste of the dress in large so hid with belt.
