Debuted in 2011 at an anime event, she's something I really want to take to a con when I get my wig back.
I used the jacket, dress shirt, tie and footwear from my orignal England cosplay and the skirt was from Ra. The glasses go to my Canada cosplay and the wig is for Raimei.
