How did I decide to do Gabe's costume? Funny story that...Ever since the movie came out all I heard was "OMG! Jenn! There's this character in this movie Constantine who is JUST LIKE YOU!" It would either be just that Gabe looked like me, or that Gabe both looked and acted like me. So naturally... I decided that I would actually go ahead and watch the movie when it came out on DVD so I could make the costume.. and so I did. The fun thing is that I really do act like Gabriel at times ^_^.
The costume itself is made from spandex (the shirt) and a couple of pairs of pants (the pants and chaps) and lots of chord stuff for lacings. Also a human hair wig (my first) was curled and restyled for this costume. Sooo glorious! Now we can bring about paradise at the end of suffering!
