Ryou Bakura is my favorite cosplay I have, and my easiest to make. This was the first time I've ever used fabric paint or sculpey. ^^ I'm really proud of him, and I get a lot of love when I cosplay him. <3

Here's some info on how I made it, since I would have LOVED it if some of my favorite Ryou cosplayers would have included something like this with their photos. ^^

Wig:
It's a Punky wig from amphigory. I straightened it using the hot water method, and put the spikes in with Got2Be freezing hairspray, while using a blow-dryer on a low setting to freeze the spikes.

Striped Shirt:
I used a white t-shirt as a base, and painter's tape to outline my stripes. I then used royal Blue fabric paint to paint the stripes between the taped lines.

Overshirt:
I got a men's button-up shirt, and dyed it using teal Rit brand fabric dye. Make sure you use gloves, and have something to pull the fabric out of your bucket when you dye it. The water will be HOT. xD

Ring:
It's made out of sculpey, cardboard, gold spray paint, a wooden dowel ring, and metal eye hooks. The base ring, the spikes, and the raised hoops on the base ring are all made out of sculpey. The triangle is cardboard that is super glued onto the ring, and the eye is made out of sculpey that is super glued to the triangle. The hoop at the top is a dowel ring that is screwed onto the sculpey ring. I attached the dangly spikes to the ring using eye hooks. I then put a few coats of spray paint over the whole thing.

Eye:
All sculpey. I made a round ball out of sculpey for the base, then made the eye to be super glued onto the round base. I spray painted it with gold spray paint, and used crimson FW Ink to make the 'blood' on it. <3

My eyebrows are painted using the $2 method. ^^
