I bought this aqua wig for another character entirely but it reminded me of Neptune XD I guess which in my weird mind it vouched for a good excuse to make a Sailor Senshi costume :X....and voila, before you know it, I made Neptune,,,handmade mirror of Sculpty and foamie and altered boots, so fun XD
