If I said it was made out of paper and duct tape I wouldn't be lying. It took about a month of work. I made a body cast for my chest. The helmet was made from a cast from an army helmet and extended down with tape and then fiberglassed. The mask is just fiberglass on a cardboard backing. The blade on the head is real. The shoulder blades are both wood encased in resin. The boots are also fiberglass, and attatched to the shoes (which have wooden soles and suck for walking on tile) with a few carriage bolts and nuts. I painted the armor with automotive spraypaint
