I based this on the character Julia Sunstriker Mage Trainer, a Blood Elf Mage found in the Eversong Woods in Silvermoon in the game World of Warcraft Burning Crusade. It is also intermixed with a few elements of my own in-game Blood Elf Mage.

Blood Elves or Sin'dorei wear blood-red to commemorate their fallen brethren that were slain during the Third War. Blood Elves have green eyes due to their use of fel magic, and have long vertical ears.
