My halloween costume is Pris from Blade Runner. :}
I altered my tights, used booty shorts I already owned and a tank, got the shirt at F21, and leg warmers at good will.
Didn't make it.
The make up is eye shadow (black part), white cream pro. face make (Mehron), and mascara, and some blush. No wig involved.
