Description

My second costume which seemed easy but wasn't as simple as thought... Hair whipping is fun, children!

--Worn To...--
Anime Evolution 2005

--Creation--
The dress was made from a maternity pattern and was altered to fit the costume needs. I changed some of the detailing on the bottom trim but it still turned out fine. I didn't end up getting the right shoes so I made ankle covers to put over the white pumps to try and get a similar look. And then there was the hair extensions that took 6 hours to put it...

--Good Stuff--
The costume was so lightweight is was fine to wear in the heat. And since the costume wasn't bulky like my others I was happy to actually be able to glomp, run and be a werido without hurting myself. And whipping people with my hair was fun!

--Bad Stuff--
That skirt is very short so I had to try and not show off my ass. And heels that are too big are not ideal for wearing over an extented period of time. Ugh. And I didn't get as much attention as I did in the Vivi costume, but I'm an attention freak.

--Memorable Moments--
>AE 05
Aside from the random battling, glomping and madness. I was in the fashion show with my friends (Chipp Zanuff an Tifa from FF7) and me and my Tifa cosplaying friend kissed on stage and made quite a scene. We were later paid money to do it again for photographs! I was also filmed in the AE documentary and can be seen attacking Soul Caliber cosplayers. Fun times, fun times.

As great as it was, I don't think I'll ever have the right hair again.
