Less than two weeks before Otakon 2010, I got the idea to throw together one of Jerrica's outfits for a quick, comfortable "day zero" costume. This would be a costume I could use my real hair for, and the most complicated thing was the bow/headband, which Skyfirefox made for me (she also dyed a white women's dress shirt and a pair of blue jeans I'd bought at a thrift store). Also, I was to debut Jem at Otakon 2010, so having one of my other costumes that con be a Jerrica outfit made sense.

Once it was dyed, I painted the "boomerangs" all over the shirt with a stencil and fabric paint. The belt is a ribbon, and the earrings are obviously the same ones I use for Jem.
