EDIT!

My Lavi cosplays are officially retired! I had a lot of fun in a long run with those Lavi cosplays but DGM is dead to me and it's time to move on.

Yet another Lavi cosplay!

The New Years' Eve Ball requires that the attendees wear formal outfits so...

The suit is actually my dad's, he's taller than me but the suit fits me perfectly!

I wore Lavi's boots under the suit to make myself appear tall

Masquerade masks were not require but I wanted to challenge myself by making one!

The rabbit masquerade mask was made with the following-
~ Plastic masquerade mask
~ One sheet black craft foam
~ Two sheets white craft foam
~ Black acrylic paint
~ White acrylic paint (For fixing mistakes)
~ A small container of black glitter
~ Wires (Inserted in ears)
~ Black mesh (For right eye)
~ Gloss spray

The wires are inserted in the ears so they're posable!

The designs on the mask-
Left cheek- Based on the tattoo Lavi had in the beginning of DGM volume 13

Right cheek- Based on the lettering on chapter cover of chapter 119, volume 13

Forehead- I didn't want to leave the forehead bland and there were flaws on there (from fixing the craft foam to curve) so I slapped on black craft foam then painted the designs on both side, basing them off the tatto design on the left cheek

New Years' Eve Ball was a BLAST! I had an awesome time and got so many compliments on my outfit, especially the mask!
Many people loved the mask and I've been asked many times how I made it.

One of the best part of the NDK NYE Ball? Witnessing a proposal between a couple I know, it was done on the stage in front of a few hundreds of attendees on the dancing floor. It was such an amazing sight, I was so happy I was there to see it!
