BlazBlue: Continuum Shift
Last Updated: 12-14-2011
Jacket: I used a Butterick B3345 pattern C for the top body part, added more fabric to the back part before cutting it out to make it longer. I added bias tape, and added a zipper.
Paws/Sleeves: this was the hardest part! I took a base pattern, with alot of adjusting, sewed in the black broad cloth, black craft foam, and sewed it all together. I also made the circles from craft foam. I made it so I could put my hands into the paw, and yeah it looks pretty kick ass. This had to have been the hardest part of my cosplay and the most time consuming.
Pants: I bought red pants that were 3 sizes to big from Value Village, I made it fit me, and shortened it to make it below my knee, and added green bias tape.
Shoes: I found them in Value Village! Crazy! xD They had the best top but was 1 size to small at the top of the toes, added craft foam to make the paw effect and the band. I will most likely keep them in my purse and switch the shoes xD
Wig: still to come in
Ears & Tail: Still need to buy my fake fur fabric for this. Wont work on it till my wigs come in though so I can get matching colours.
Well its been awhile hasn't it ?!
I actually have this cosplay finished! But I just never got around to wearing it yet. Plus I still need to buy Faux Fur for the ears and tail. But other then that this cosplay is completed. I hope to get some pictures soon =D
