This one was made mostly from scratch. I did use an existing blouse for the white part on the bodice to save time, and because my button hole maker isn't working correctly on my sewing machine, and I didn't want to flub it up.
I used kona cotton for the white and blue trim, and black wendover cotton for the bulk of the dress. I used several different patterns, which had to be modified quite a lot, for the bodice, sleeves, and skirt.
