I started on this costume around 2005 for Anime USA. I didnt attend to the con so I held back making it for a later con.

Wig was given by Initial Diseal for the Vice costume. Vest was made from scratch, added on the buttons but they are not functional. Black shirt, shorts, and stocking was purchased. The red bands on the wrists of the sleeves are red hair ties. Made the skirt to attach to the vest which is velcro on for easy packing.
