This version of the costume is mixed, meaning it's based on the comic and TV show. The gold decal (on the chest especially) is mainly based on the live action TV show.

Top made from a red shirt from Goodwill, gold material from JoAnn Fabrics (that I plan to redo, as I didn't think when I bought the material, since it unravels), and a black bra from Goodwill. Bottoms made from scratch. Some stars painted white because the only star material available was blue with red and white Patriotic stars. Also needs to be redone, as it was only the second time I had ever made bottoms. The boots are boot covers made from the sleeves of the red top, used for the 'corset' top. The tiara's a cheap sequined Halloween tiara, cut to shape and covered in gold material. The gauntlets are made from duct tape, formed over a sheet of paper. The earrings, I already owned, from Forever 21.
