A somewhat Eastern inspired Loli black mage. I designed the coat myself, my great aunt sewed it together. Underneath the coat is all black attire, including a skirt that can be worn with a petticoat. Completed with black boots, striped stockings, and the quintessential black mage hat... with a little bell at the tip. XD
