This costume is a work in progress.

Gloves, tights, headset, and wig are purchased.
Skirt is built but I need to add the black lacing at the top.
Petticoat has also been altered.
Shirt has been built, with only a few alterations left to do for it.
I still need to build the vest, the muffs, and the shoes, as well as style the wig.
