I wanted to do this just for the lulz (and because it's so simple!). Everything is bought, but I did recover the headband with quilt batting and blue shirting (and hot glue xD). And in case anyone wants to do her hair, just get a package of Bump Its from a beauty supply store. If you use them correctly they really do work!
