I had decided, instead of one piece, I wanted the white and black pieces to be separate. The white was a strapless slip and the black coat would be its own piece. A simple plan, right? Not so much.

I think it all worked out in the end, though. The garters would a HUGE hassle the entire time, and required fashion tape to stay up. By the end of the convention, I had blistered from the garters yanking on the skin all weekend.
