Painted and all strapped together for a test run needs a few minor things done to it. For my 1st mando build im rather proud of it.

The visor is hand cut perspex heated and bent to the visor shape, it wasn't dark enough so i got some window tinting material and glued it to the insde of the visor so i can see out but none can see in.
the chest plates and back plate are snapped onto the flakvest, my diamond is attacked with velcro and the top of the stomach plate as well, but the velcro wasn't sew on before hand so the glue melted.

The shins, thighs and knees are all done with elastic the knees had velcro sewn into the elastic. and the shins and thighs are done with snaps.

I got a stock standard black utility belt from my local surplus store, because of my spacing i didn't require a girth belt but i have one anyway my pouches are getting finished in Crocodile leather as you can see i only had one and a few little pouches i'd bought from the surplus, store as well.

Paint job was annoying in some ways, my kit was covered in previous paint or something similar so i had to sand everything back and it took at least 5 coats of spray paint to get it even, and a couple of coats of sealant to make sure it didn't chip to badly.

Update. I have added weathering so it looks more inuniverse. Instead of some plastic painted, it really adds another dimesion to the whole look. And really makes it look battle worn !
